understands
the changing nature of technology and is on the leading edge
of advanced research
techniques. For example, all of our survey data collection is
conducted on CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing)
systems, which reduces the human error that was often a part
of pencil and paper telephone interviewing methods. It handles
question rotation skip patterns automatically, which further
ensures proper survey administration.
Accuracy
and reliability are the hallmarks of FMA research. As our long-term
clients will attest, our data collection is consistently reliable.
When it comes to gathering data, the FMA project staff does
not cut corners. Rather, they work overtime to ensure sound
questionnaire design, accurate sampling and proper demographic
distribution. Samples of interviews are always monitored for
quality control. Our research managers have advanced degrees
in quantitative research and statistical techniques.
The
processing of our collected data is thorough and tabulations
are always checked for accuracy. In addition to our interpretation
of the findings, FMA clients receive easy to read crosstabulations
that include coded responses from open-ended questions. Additionally,
our clients can receive printouts of verbatim comments with identifying
demographic information.
